This business comprises a variety of business units on commercial property development, engineering, designing, construction and management.

Businesses in this portfolio are fully independent and all operations and business development is driven by their management teams.

The Management Company is engaged in strategic decision-making. The key objective is to reach maximum profit on these assets and facilitate the stable growth of each business.

The Management Company is the agent of the Government in terms of attracting investments to Belarus.

Business direction “Development” is the gateway for investments into various projects in Belarus.

The Group’s major development projects are: creation and management of a Chinese-Belarusian Industry Park; creation and management of multifunctional complexes; construction of residential and non-residential commercial property.
